Believe it or not, our flaked grains are all RAW! We flake the grains whole without heating or steaming anything throughout the process.
As a result, our flakes retain nutritional content and digestive enzymes of the whole grain, yet still allow for less cooking time, a defined texture (no mush) and an all natural, delicious flavour.
